All of Miyo's orders are processed within 24-48 hours for a speedy delivery experience. Once processed, depending on your location, your order will be shipped and delivered to your doorstep within 5-7 business days.

Economical Changes Leading To Delays

Times of economical uncertainty can result in global bottlenecks and shipping delays that affect fulfilment across the board. These situations are outside of our control and we would like to inform you that processing can take up to 96 hours whilst shipping and delivery may vary up to 10-14 business days. Whilst out of our control, here at Elional we don’t believe these issues should fall onto your shoulders and affect your experience. So, to make up for this, we have pledged that any customers who’s orders shipping times exceed 7 business days (excluding processing time) will be eligible for a free $5 credit towards your next purchase. It’s not perfect… but it’s a step in the right direction during times of uncertainty <3. If you haven’t received your order within 14 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at try.miyo.store@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
